Springwood Sun Club has been able
To arrange private naturist swimming
and sauna sessions at two venues in
the Colchester area. These are Aqua
Springs within Colchester itself and
Prested Hall in the village of Feering.
Whilst these are private sessions,
attendance does not depend upon club
membership and we frequently have
spare capacity for members of other
naturist clubs and independent
naturists.

Spa Pool
A central pool with hundreds of fine water jets which gently massage
the entire body to ease away muscle tension.
Hydrotherapy Spas
Sit back and let the Hydrotherapy Spa rejuvenate and invigorate your
whole body. Let the jets of combined air and water relieve and
soothe aches and pains.
Steam Room
The combination of high temperature and 100% humidity in the
Steam Room complemented by fragrant essence increases blood
circulation, relaxes tense muscles and offers many other therapeutic
benefits.
Saunas
Unwind and relax the mind and body in one of our saunas of different heat and humidity and
experience the sensation of clean, fresh, skin.
Cool Pool & Ice Cold Plunge
Experience an intense feeling of wellbeing. Revitalise with a swim in
the Cool Pool or a quick dip in the Ice Cold Plunge, boosting the
cardiovascular system and sealing pores
Salt Inhalation Room
A Salt Inhalation Room is now open at Aqua Springs. The beneficial
quality of the “softer” heat in the Salt Inhalation Room is good for
relieving respiratory and sinus problems. It is also beneficial for
hydrating and smoothing the skin and relieving feelings of lethargy.
We hold twice monthly naturist sessions at this impressive, Mediterranean themed, facility which is
part of Colchester Leisure World, Cowdray Avenue, Colchester. These take place on the first and
third Saturdays of every month from 6.15 p.m to 9.00 p.m. (note that this is not always every fortnight
as there are five Saturdays in some months). For the benefit of all we do our best to maintain a
balance of the sexes at these sessions and within this limitation we
are pleased to welcome non club naturists on a try it and see basis
initially. Those attending are asked to provide their own towels and
also to bring small towels for sitting on in the cabins and lounge area.
